Supporting the Defensive Cyber Mission of Joint Cyber Unit, I conducted several different tasks in the Operations Cell including Training Manager, assisting the OPSO in HFO planning, acting as OPSO for two months, and then moving into the Cyber Operations Squadron as OPSWO.

After completing an accelerated cyber training program and then leading a Defensive Cyber Operations team in a Cyber Flag exercise, I joined Fleet Cyber Unit in October 2018. Forming the Operations Planning Cell for the unit, I planned and managed teams deploying to sea and supporting the Fleet. Expanding the capability, and the accompanied cyber culture.

Operations Officer at MDCC, providing the Maritime Common Operating Picture to the Fleet, based from shore and afloat platforms. Managing the upgrading of existing C4I systems, and developing new methods to deliver and manage the COP in the RAN.

Formed the initial team for ship delivery, commissioned and served onboard, including initial Work Up Period, Amphibious capability development, OP Fiji Assist (Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Mission), RIMPAC 2016 (coalition interoperability trials) and prepared the Operations Team for Amphibious Ready Group operations. Managed the ship's Operations.

Responsible for the development and implementation of Amphibious training to Warfare category sailors and officers. This will require determination of training needs and development of courseware for various audiences and experience levels.

Responsible for the development and delivery of Basic and Intermediate Tactical Data Link Training for the RAN and RAAF, leading a small team in this specialised area. The training audience ranges from new entry trainees to Warfare Officers undertaking PWO training. Experience in Link 11, Link 16, Link 22, JRE, Multi-TDL Networking and Simulation Systems.

Executive Department Regulator and Operations Room Manager. Included Operational Deployment to the Middle East conducting Anti-Piracy patrols from March-August 2010.

Posted to HMAS Sydney, operated radars, sonars and Electronic Warfare equipment in the Operations Room during international exercises and operations around Australia in in the Asia region. This included deploying to the waters of East Timor during Nov/Dec 1999.
