Launched and oversaw mobile car and home window tinting and car audio installation company. Designed and implemented 4+ policies that drove efficiency, simplification, and team building by decreasing preinstallation time, reducing waste, and promoting the sharing of jobs. Managed 4-6 contractors.  Developed relationships with 35 dealerships and four home construction companies. Apply tint to new/used vehicles in lots to increase sale price and increase longevity of interior upholstery and panels. Construction contacts would have us apply tint to new homes and rentals to increase curb appeal, lower heating/cooling costs, and protect the interior from damage from the sun.  Delivered top-tier services to an average of 30 cars and two homes per week in 2010-2013.
