I’ve been blessed with a wealth of experiences and leadership opportunities in the OKC travel, energy, and HCM industries. My career includes multiple leadership opportunities within Product Management, including Chief of Staff to the CIO, product line management, organizational change management senior leader, and Product Operations senior leader. My most recent experience at Paycom included launching and leading a team of 31 Product Operations professionals. Our mission was empowering Product teams with the insights, capabilities, and resources needed to create valuable experiences for our customers. I launched a Program Management service in 2021 to ensure strategic company objectives were adequately managed across product portfolios to enable client readiness. We provided both quantitative and qualitative insights through a formal Voice of the Customer, a client feedback intake process, and a product usage analytics. The team also provided critical market and competitive research data points to assist with strategic roadmap decisions. I am Six Sigma Green Belt certified through the Management and Strategy Institute, and recently earned a certification in Holistic Nutrition through the AFPA. I’ve also been a certified Prosci change practitioner and have held culture and temperament development certifications through Senn Delaney and Spectrum Development.My passion is helping individuals and teams become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy creating and facilitating team building and leadership classes and workshops that challenge others to be at their best.While at Chesapeake Energy, I was privileged to serve with a select group of culture facilitators for a 3-year company culture enrichment program. I had the fortune to serve as executive sponsor for the Product Management "People Team" - a passionate group of professionals dedicated to improving life for employees. I've been able to fill a similar role at Paycom as a facilitator for our Inclusion and Diversity "Better Conversations" discussion series.
