Led the Victory Corp program, the largest political program the organization has ever undertaken, which trained and placed 62 staff on 52 federal campaigns in 2012. Oversaw an $825K PAC budget. Staffed a nine-member volunteer political committee to facilitate federal endorsements and organize national and regional political trainings. Worked with the federal policy team to keep them informed about political developments and assist with direct lobbying.Developed and managed campaigns to build public support for land preservation. Through close coordination with national and local coalitions, media outreach, and lobbying within the Obama Administration and on Capitol Hill we won permanent protections for over 700,000 acres of public land which are now preserved for future generations.

Took leave from the General Assembly to manage a competitive Democratic primary campaign. Successfully planned and executed a strategy which included media, mail, field, community outreach, persuasion and GOTV.

Managed a number of special projects including:- the 2006 Eastern Caravan, which recruited Young Democrats and Party leadership to travel Eastern North Carolina performing grassroots outreach, canvassing, and community service projects- the 2007 Charlotte Municipal election GOTV operation that knocked over 45k doors through volunteer and paid field efforts.
