I have 25 years of experience working in social media and communications, most recently in CEO roles. Since launching Battenhall in 2013, I have built it up to an industry leading position, winning 30 'agency of the year' awards to date, and campaign of the year awards for our work with clients including YouTube, The NHS, Cambridge University and Aviva.Personally I was awarded the PRCA's outstanding contribution to digital comms award 2020, I was named UK's #1 most respected practitioner by New Media Age's Reputation Online report in 2011, I was one of PR Week magazine's inaugural 29 under 29, I'm a 11-year regular in the PR Week Power Book, and random fact: I wrote the Wikipedia page on social media. My background is in PR, digital, technology and social media, having worked agency and client side.
