With a solid foundation in emergency response and industrial safety, my role as a Site Safety Facilitator and ERT Lead leverages extensive hands-on experience gained over 14.5 years with the Louisiana Army National Guard and a decade in industrial emergency response. Currently engaged in industrial emergency response and prevention as well as one of a select few individuals identified as US&R SMEs with the 61st Troop Command, Louisiana Army National Guard. At the core of my professional ethos lies a dedication to empowering individuals through training and development, ensuring that each team member is equipped to handle complex safety and emergency response challenges. My expertise in confined space and structural collapse scenarios enables me to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of safety initiatives.
