Responsible for the creation of Store Layouts for 55 to 65 new stores and 75-100 remodels annually. Accountable for the presentation of these plans to Vice Presidents to obtain approvals •Developed and received approval on over 19 million square feet of LNT retail space.•Worked with LNT personnel and an outside design firm to create a new prototype store by providing feedback on departmental space requirements and functionality of the fixture package as it related to LNT product assortment and usage. •Worked in partnership with Corporate Strategy Department on prototype floor plans for multiple New Businesses introductions.•Created and updated multiple store prototypes varying in size from 25,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet as well as multi level site.•Created preliminary store plans for unique real estate proposals to ensure LNT standards could be achieved.•Sourced and hired contractors for remodel projects.•Converted 20 Southern Linens locations to LNT format.

Directly responsible for the implementation of all corporate directives to ensure guest service, merchandising, inventory, replenishment, loss control, and profitability of the Home Furnishings departments in the store. Traveled to multiple locations to ensure Department Managers were maintaining visual standards. Ensured all advertised promotions were set and signed properly. Responsible for the total new store opening process which included ordering, fixturing, merchandising, and training of new staff. Supervised bi-annual inventory preparation for all stores. Trained new management hires on Bloomindgales floor presentation standards.
