I have an extensive background in sports and working in the sports industry and have used that specific skill set to parlay over to a career in human resource. I am used to working with diverse people and I’m very goal oriented and believe in finding the best and most feasible way to complete tasks and fulfill duties while being detail-oriented. I like to communicate with and provide customer service to people and believe that working with people is one of my strengths.I have built and honed my skills in resume review to determine if a candidate is a good fit. I am also very familiar with conducting screenings and preliminary interviews to find a desired fit for positions. Overseeing an onboarding process and list of new hires, and taking them both through the hiring process and an orientation is another one of my skill sets that I have fine tuned over the last few years.
