During the expansion of the company I kept pace with the needs of the business through continuous innovation, integration and the steady progression along a strategic path that I had developed. This strategy included building a team of empowered technical professionals that could execute this vision. The vision that I developed incorporated the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, SharePoint and multiple custom .Net applications woven together to provide an extraordinary business platform.
