• Company Commander: Led 130-person arctic airborne infantry team ready to deploy within 18 hours of notice. Led cross-functional team in evacuation of 198 people in simulated combat operations; requiring close planning and coordination of Department of State, Special Forces and Army. Maintained $75 million of equipment; achieved 99% readiness, 9% above Army goal. • Chief of Operations: Led 15-person team in US and Afghanistan managing asset allocation to eight units and reporting for 3,500-person Brigade Combat Team; Decreased average orders processing from 72 hours to 24 while improving accuracy by reorganizing team workload and implementing streamlined processes.• Logistics Officer: Led 10-person team in Iraq managing logistical support for 2,100 people spanning four locations over 350 miles.
