Handled calls and emails for around 120 programs with financial institutions from all over the country, ran several large outbound call programs but largely focused on inbound calls, handled all arriving mail for the department, provided tech support to both customers and FI employees, helped customers and employee’s place and track orders and enrollments, assisted informally within company with sending out marketing materials to FI’s, regularly worked overtime alone to make sure the department had coverage until west coast FI’s close of business, regularly worked weekends alone to ensure department had coverage, directly assisted sales team on multiple occasions with their leads and filing systems and personally updated several thousand contacts for them, worked from home during several natural disasters (hurricanes, ice storms) to ensure department still had coverage even though the office was closed for business.
