The funeral industry was one that I was interested in dating back to high school. Midwest Labs Inc. is a company that installs science labs in businesses, high schools, and universities across Indiana. I spend a majority of my time with the company working on installing labs at Purdue University, the University of Notre Dame, and businesses in the Lafayette area. I first worked for Midwest Labs through the Summer of 2018. Jack Laurie Group is Indiana's leading specialist in commercial interiors, flooring, and commercial cleaning. My role with the company was primarily sanding down and re-waxing gymnasium floors. However, I also assisted the company with construction cleanups, polishing concrete, and grout staining. - Improved over 100 Indiana college and high school gym floors by sanding, cleaning, and refinishing the hardwood.- Communicated with the supervisor at each school weeks before and the day of arriving to make certain everyone involved was on the same page.- Recruited two employees to join the company that excelled in helping JLG achieve their main goal; making spaces better places to work and live.

Frito lay manufactures, markets, and sells corn chips, potato chips, and other snack foods. I was involved in the manufacturing process, where I packed corn and potato chips that were then distributed to markets. - Packed nearly 145,000 bags of chips throughout an 8-hour day to later be shipped to stores all across the country for consumers to enjoy. - Cleaned the over 60 machines that the chips traveled through in order to guarantee that there were no cross-contamination issues taking place before the chips were distributed. - Checked all 145,000 bags of chips daily, that were coming in at 300 bags per minute pace, thoroughly to ensure that no there were no bags being distributed with broken seals, wrong products, or any other issues.

The girls basketball team at my high school hosted a developmental youth girls basketball league. The league consisted of 30 different teams of all age levels.- Controlled over 200 games resulting in safe and happy outcomes.-Maintained a calm composure in a stressful environment which benefited everyone involved.-Helped many young players correct their mistakes in order to bring out the true reason behind the developmental league.
