Successfully executed over 45 events during the 2023 season, each presenting its own challenges and opportunities for growth. Consistently managing to deliver these events on or under budget reflects a mastery of resource management that is often difficult to achieve. My approach focused on finding innovative solutions to maximize spend while continuously impressing attendees, ensuring each event was both unique and memorable. The season culminated with Breeo's Field to Fire event, where my team and I transformed an empty farm field into a remarkable venue that welcomed over 600 attendees, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.

Embracing the challenge of becoming Breeo's first outside sales representative marked a pivotal shift from a third-party distribution model to direct wholesaling, a transition that was beneficial for both Breeo and its dealers. In this role, I successfully signed numerous brick-and-mortar stores across 28 states, contributing significantly to Breeo's national expansion. Additionally, I played a key role in building a strategic partnership with ACE Hardware Corporation, collaborating closely with the Director of Wholesale. My efforts involved extensive travel across the country to establish and support Breeo retailers nationwide.

As Shipping Manager, I developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for shipping processes, warehouse management, and logistics coordination. Despite the high volume of parcels leaving the warehouse each week, our lean team consistently ensured shipments were on time or ahead of schedule. This success was made possible through the comprehensive training and guidelines established by myself and the Director of Operations.

Served as the Manager for our largest account, overseeing the entire process from concept to completion. I maintained a strong relationship based on trust and consistently delivered projects on time. Under my management, the account contributed to record profits and growth for the company, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and on-time delivery.

Handled production and installation of large format graphics. Communicated with clients as needed to obtain the files and gain the knowledge required to get the job done on time. Maintained and serviced all in house equipment. Worked with project managers and designers to prototype ideas to solve problems in creative ways.

Ran front of house operations while maintaining high moral during extreme swings of high volume seating. Onboarded and trained new front of house staff in the processes set by management. Maintained a clean work environment for the guests and coworkers. Handled issues with a calm demeanour and swift action. Extremely focused on customer service and keeping relationships with regulars and first time guests. Kept not only the guests in mind but the wait staff and kitchen staff. Keeping the flow of guests at a constant reasonable pace as much as possible. Simultaneously taking care of a sold out restaurant while tending to the needs of the take out customer.
