Texas Task Force 1 (TX-TF1) functions as one of the 28 federal teams under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s National Urban Search and Rescue System and as a statewide urban search and rescue team under direction of the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). Teaching ARCH 2327 - Technology ICourse Description: Foundation level building science.Teach a class of approximately 90 second year architecture students about structural engineering principles as they relate to building and bridge design. Topics include: structural systems, grid formation, mechanics of materials, statics and materials. Class is integrated with the students design studio in order to foster a link between engineering and architectural design.
