My proficiency encompasses Health Insurance Underwriting, Customer Service, Employee Benefits Design, software testing, and multiple foreign languages.I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in German from Hanover College. Throughout my career, I have consistently sought knowledge and expertise, including proficiency in French, Norwegian, Swedish. Currently, I’m learning Armenian.
