I am a key team member of the Commercial Real Estate Banking Team.My responsibilities include overall customer service, relationship management and operationalcontrol activities of an assigned portfolio of the Bank’s commercial customers. I serve as theprimary point of service contact for each client within the my overall commercial portfolioresponsibilities. The assigned client portfolio is comprised of operating transactional accounts,treasury products and credit facilities. My extensive product knowledge and broadunderstanding of operational flows enhance the process. I also have the ability to make bothjoint and independent client calls with Bankers and Treasury Marketing Officers. I am proactivein my portfolio management involvement to ensure data integrity of bank source systems andclient contact information.

I focus on servicing, maintaining and developing financial strategy for the small business customer. Responsible for managing all intermediate duties and support functions related to branch operations and financial services activities. These include processing of all new account transactions, recommending to customers various financial products and services to meet their needs; cross-selling current bank products and services to deepen the relationship; open, maintain and service all account types; insure that all compliance and regulatory issues are maintained; manage branch clerical duties; promote external business for the bank by maintaining relationships in the community and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.Additional responsibilities include small business team representative to develop needs based selling strategy to the small business sales process. These specifically pertain to all sales offers, referrals, pricing (fees, rates, etc.) related to Small Business and Commercial segment

Program objectives were to increase awareness, trial and purchase among shoppers. Also, educate consumers on product benefit and distribute product information for future followup. Managed staff to assist shoppers while presenting key ad message. Provide coupons and other promo material. Answer questions regarding products. Managed the flow of customer traffic to reduce wait time.

Interacted with the public while promoting an array of consumer products. Tasks included product demos, organize and execute onsite contests, discuss and distribute promotionalmaterial.
