CurrentA member of the Project Coordination team responsible for planning and control for small to medium telecoms projects for a varied number of customers. Also providing support to the Project Management team with delivery of large projects and rollouts.● Created delivery and communication plans to ensure expectations are set with customers at beginning of projects and managed throughout.● Ensured all projects are processed in a timely and efficient manner and in line with the cost estimates attributed to the job.● Monitored and controlled projects in progress through to invoicing and handover to Support Services team.● Produced and maintained project documentation ensuring it is up to date, version controlled and available to colleagues.● Liaised with Purchasing team to arrange resources for the project including training, 3rd party engineers and equipment.● Tracked all costs for the project, ensuring change controls are completed, authorised and invoiced as agreed.● Arranged and prioritized resources to ensure projects delivered to agreed timeline.● Forecasted monthly revenue accurately to ensure management have correct financial information.
