Westbrook is known for being family owned and professionally managed. In my role I lead North America's premier grower of Roses. I have full P&L ownership of >1m square feet of production space and >250 employees. I was brought on to build and execute a strategic plan. We've built our plan, which was approved by the Board, and we're now executing.

LSC was founded to integrate the global supply of elite talent with local demand for analysis, data management and process execution. The company is quickly scaling to provide solutions to Private Equity and Family businesses that value the structure and capabilities of fortune 500’s.Direct operating experience in South Asia including incorporation, negotiations, labour management, regulatory and tax structure planning and business development.

TPC is a PE portfolio company. I was hired to recover, stabilize and transition the Clay Division. I had full P&L ownership of ~$100m. During my time I managed 2 operating companies, integrated assets and divested one business. I redesigned product and the GTM strategy, secured long term supply agreements and built a management team. We exited the second year with a valuation >3x when I started, with sustainable/predictable results and a great team.

TG is privately held with revenue >$250m, operating multiple brands across a range of retail, wholesale and service businesses. In this executive committee role, reporting to the CEO, I was hired to build structure and facilitate a transition from a family business to a professionally managed corporation. Over four years we improved our market share, cashflow and earnings. I also successfully managed through COVID, delivering record profitability in a tough environment.
