• Developed and executed a successful strategy establishing Nokia as a leader in Japan’s network security market.
• Grew 1st yr. sales from zero to $32M/annum. Acquired/managed key customer relationships, i.e. NTT, IIJ, Japan Telecom, NEC, and others. Negotiated distribution contracts Asgent, NEC, NetMarks, Hitachi, and.

• Set up and managed Japanese subsidiary of Canadian start-up.
• Grew office to five people and revenue to $3M in first year. Built into number one provider of VoIP technology with customers such as NTT and Hitachi.
• Working with customers like KDD coordinated development and deployment of Japanese telecom interfaces and billing & management systems.
