His responsibilities included coordinating the TCC account team on all existing property accounts (property leasing, project and management), as well as primary responsibility for all new business pursuits. He worked closely with TCC field offices and personnel for the purpose of matching the best talent within TCC to the client.In 1994, as a Partner and Principal, he formalized and lead the first brokerage practice in the Trammell Crow Company MidAtlantic area. Under his leadership, TCC’s project leasing and property management business grew into one of the largest business units within the Washington, DC Metropolitan (MidAtlantic) region to over 25M square feet. Mr. Genova has provided strategic leadership services for many large national and international clients, as noted under Clients Represented. The service focus provided by Mr. Genova and his team was viewed as the critical growth ingredient for the Trammell Crow Company and now for CBRE.
