I worked for Alco Management, Inc. for more than 13 years and have cultivated excellent hiring, training, coaching, and counseling skills that allowed me to build a strong team of managers and maintenance technicians to oversee the owners' investments. In addition, my experience with HUD, IRS, PHA and HOME regulations enabled me to successfully navigate multiple inspections and reviews at various types of communities located in four different states.
