Lead Duke Realty's (NYSE: DRE) team, portfolio and capital deployment in the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley and Seattle. Expanded Duke's portfolio by creating a team to build and buy high quality industrial product. Opened a new regional office in Oakland and an office in Seattle adding and managing 12 team members to source, underwrite, acquire, design, entitle, build, lease and asset manage the portfolio. Result: Over four years we developed and acquired 7.0 million square feet over 21 transactions totaling $1.7 billion of investment upon full build-out.
