In the sale process I had to negotiate the fee in which I would charge and build a trust and a report with said client in order to put them at ease after something so terrible just took place. Once hired by the client it was my duty to represent the client against the insurance company in order to get them the maximum amount of money owed to them from their insurance company. I would have to measure the damaged area of the building and come up with a price in which i felt fair for the insurance company to pay the insured and debate with said company on why i believe it to be a fair price. Once everything is agreed upon we receive the money and give it to the client with our bill and close the claim.
