I oversaw two high school programs related to the hospitality industry (ProStart - Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management & Lodging Management Program) in 246 high schools statewide with about 20,000 students.My primary objective is to raise funds through strategic partnerships with industry and post-secondary institutions to continue the sustainability of our Educational Foundation, although I also work directly with our instructors and students on curriculum and program development.
