Utilized and guided contractors to integrate data into a geospatial database to create GIS output.- Assessed RFPs for comprehensive Facility Risk Model, incorporating product type, leak history, corrosion program, equipment risk, HCA status, spill modeling, and EFRD location. Designed mechanical systems (HVAC and piping) for large buildings, including hospitals, courthouses, jails, and colleges. Worked with clients to “value engineer” over-budget designs. Met with contractors to brainstorm solutions for HVAC design. Performed internal audits of construction documents for other HDR offices. Optimized efficiency of power usage at the future Ellis County Courthouse.

Edited rack and cabinet assembly drawings in AutoCAD. Worked on manufacturing floor to optimize processes and teach manufacturing employees best practices to improve productivity.
