25 years experience working as or managing technicians repairing on and off road vehicles. I always strive to obtain any and all certifications in my vocation of expertise, including Automotive Service Excellence and Emergency Vehicle Technician Certification. I have developed and deployed policies and procedures to meet the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services application process. I take a hands on approach to fleet management including completing repairs during high vehicle repair occurrences. I take great pride in working with operation staff to purchase the correct vehicles to meet their requirements. Building great relationships with vendors is another task I take very seriously. This ensures the supply delivery and cost of these supplies are negotiated in my favor. I use computer programs as in Microsoft Office, Fleet Maintenance Pro and vehicle manufacture specific technical resources to assist in making the fleet management process paper free.
