Drew Perry is an experienced security executive with proven success across public and private sectors. As CISO of Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, he leads the information security practice for the business’s manufacturing, logistics, wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales for all of Serta Simmons’s product lines, including Serta, Simmons, BeautyRest, and Tuft & Needle. His role includes leadership of Security Operations and Incident Response; Governance and Risk Management; and Cyber Resilience and Business Continuity. Prior to joining Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC., Perry led global Information Security for Valvoline, a multinational manufacturer of automotive engine lubricants and provider of consumer-facing automotive service throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Perry was responsible for the privacy and security of the personal information and payment card data of 50 million active customers of Valvoline Instant Oil Change. In addition to his career in Information Security, Mr. Perry serves on the Board of Directors of Kentucky CancerLink, a not-for-profit organization with the mission to provide screening and support services for those suffering from cancer throughout the state of Kentucky. He also provides leadership and guidance on the board of advisors for the Masters of Science in Information Security program at Murray State University. Perry is a member of the Ohio CISO governing body of Evanta, a Gartner Company and the Global Security Board of CDO Magazine. Mr. Perry received both his BS and MS degrees in Information Technology and Security at Murray State University.
