Responsibilities include:• Oversee contractor construction for Delmarva Power’s transmission, distribution, and substation facilities, including both civil and electrical aspects, to ensure safety, quality, and project scope and schedule goals are achieved.• Perform constructability reviews during the project design phase.• Supervise contract field representatives and inspectors.• Manage staff augmentation program to ensure compliance with Exelon policies and procedures• Participate in incident reporting and development and implementation of corrective actions.• Coordinate mutual assistance resources during storm events.

Manage PHI’s Transmission Standards & Material Engineering group.
