Educated to degree level in Environmental Health, with post graduate qualifications, to Diploma level, in both Acoustics and Management. I have developed extensive professional experience across Environmental Health, Housing, Legal Services and managed across a broad range of disciplines. Able to communicate effectively at all levels and exercise tact and diplomacy, I am an articulate and credible speaker who can persuade others. Extensive experience of working with Members and attending and presenting at Committee, in Court and in public has equipped me with the ability to present confidently. Extensive programme, project and change management experience has been gained across a range of front and back office disciplines and I have an evidenced track record of delivering high quality customer focussed services.
