I move the needle on performance, beginning with thinking big on strategy, then building initiatives and programs that nest into the firm's core competencies. I believe in vetting the initiatives and programs through running the numbers and testing assumptions, but fully realize the importance of the intangibles, the gut feeling, and the right thing to do. Most importantly, I am a player-coach leader, for I acknowledge that all organizations are human therefore with solid and engaged leadership, they achieve more together by believing in their people, investing in their development and trusting them to do the right thing.
