As a former Quality Assurance Associate, I gained over four years of experience in an office/warehouse environment. Tasks includes fulfilling customer request, reprinting documents damaged during production, maintaining privacy and security when handling documents with personal health information, check balancing, proper form usage, efficient and accurate data entry, ensuring documents that is reprinted via quality department is compliant and ensure operators are producing work that it is compliant. I was able to strengthen many transferable skills. However, my strengths include writing, data entry, attention to detail and communication. I can also perform my duties without any supervision.At Conduent, I improved my attentiveness to detail. My data entry skills and technological skills have also improved significantly while employed at Conduent. My communication skills improved since I utilize different mediums to communicate to my superiors and co-workers. Those mediums include in-person, email, text, or phone. With this position, I also gained more experience with Microsoft Excel which I worked with every day for work.For me, work ethic and a person's attitude are what determines one's success. I've worked with many different individuals from various backgrounds and my work ethic is what stood me out from the rest. I also realized by the people I worked with; workplace moral has decreased dramatically in the past five years. In any job that I obtain, I will have a positive attitude because that is what get me through the day. I also feel like a job opportunity is enough to have a positive attitude. A positive attitude is infectious as well. I believe anyone can do anything by starting with a good positive, attitude!I am currently a student at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College to earn a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies. I am hoping to begin working in the legal field. With the skills that I've obtained and plan to strengthen, I am hoping that this program would help provide new opportunities. Whether it is a job opportunity or to further my education, I am sure this program will get there!
