In addition, manage relationships with key accounts across state including numerous Tier-1 automotive, aerospace and defense companies.• Management of projects for large investments with dynamic needs including talent, tax, infrastructure improvements, local abatements, permits and political implications. Manage portfolio of projects—continually communicating expectations and next steps to all involved parties.• Engagement with economic development, education, talent, developer, consultant, real estate and local government partners throughout region to assist with incentives, project support and program education.• Drive state-level resources to community level. Create a collaborative environment among all partners through open communication while maintaining confidentiality at all times.• Act as liaison to export and defense teams, providing updates on programmatic changes as necessary.• Prepare briefing documents, participate in, and coordinate Governor Meetings with key state accounts at ribbon cutting ceremonies, grand openings, and 1:1 meeting at the NAIAS and abroad in Mexico, Canada and Japan.• Host clients, foreign delegations and site selection groups at numerous events throughout the state.• Manage quarterly regional meeting of nearly 60 resource providers from academia, incubators, accelerators, and government agencies.• Extensive engagement with Japanese industry groups including JETRO, JAPIA, JBSD, and Consul General of Japan in Detroit.
