Leads and manages group’s technical proficiency through evaluation and readiness of a highly sensitive and crucial $6.2B satellite control network of over 1,500 members. Conducts exercises regarding safety, security, programming, maintenance and repair of hardware and software for 24/7-satellite communications mission. Solely responsible for the evaluation and operational compliance of a $12.3 million computer network program with 3,923 unclassified and 1,142 classified users on secured networks. Coordinates, schedules and delivers technical training to employees, supervisors and management using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as individual instruction, role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussion, and lectures on a monthly basis. Recruited and selected 12 officer, enlisted, and civilian personnel to create and maintain evaluation program of twelve geographically separated antenna sites and squadrons. Identified 248 discrepancies and briefed base senior leadership. Rated #2 of 32 officers in group on annual performance report. Led team to professional team honors. Managed high-level Air Force policy compliance program of 45 Program Managers. Garnered recognition for ensuring zero discrepancies during a 2015 Air Force Space Command inspection.
