Senior Marketplace Manager
Current- Develop and deliver sales and margin plans, along with account KPIs for three distinct marketplace channels- Build business cases for marketplace partnerships and champion approval, resources, and funding from stakeholders- Trouble-shoot and lead multiple cross-functional teams to solve tactical and operational issues by working with external account management teams, gathering and analyzing data from various sources, and developing and executing the course of action- Partner closely with the technical product manager and engineers to implement new features, maintain feeds, and prioritize initiatives- Own marketplace partnerships and account management- Identify opportunities for workflow/process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
