In my current role as Operations Coordinator at Learning Sandbox my expertise is split into the following key areas: company culture, core operations, implementation of strategic efforts, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding and lastly, process documentation. I’ve worked closely with the management team in implementing and drafting policy and procedure. As a project administrator my main duty included being supportive to project managers and providing end-to-end project management. I ensured that all projects were delivered on time and that the quality standards were met.I’ve worked with both project managers and our wider team to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures. I was also responsible for the management of smaller, ad hoc projects, as well as maintaining that all projects are documented correctly.
