During my time at EverQuote post acquisition and integration of Crosspointe - my initial responsibility was for the onboarding and training of our DTCA (Direct To Consumer Agency) teammates. Along with my training team, we onboarded over 170 new team members in 2021. This included Licensed Agents in Health and Medicare, Warm Transfer Reps and Client Success Team members.In the fall of 2021 - EverQuote made it's second acquisition of a P&C Agency in Austin, Texas. I was a core part of the leadership team that was responsible for integration and rebranding. In 2022, I was responsible for coordinating the move and opening of two new offices in Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX.Later in 2022, my responsibilities began to expand to leading onboarding for the entire company. I developed a remote onboarding process to welcome team members across the US, Belfast Northern Ireland and India and hosted the Welcome and New Hire Session including: EQ 101, EQ 201, Meet and Greet with CEO and Chief Architect, Benefits Overview and moreIn addition to my responsibilities with Onboarding and Training of new hires - I also helped to roll out the first company wide eNPS survey in Q4 2022 and developed action planning along with C-Level leaders to influence company culture across EQ's 650 team members. Finally, in 2022, I created and led the company Leadership Development Program in conjunction with a key People Operations team member. I co-led weekly groups that followed a specific curriculum and provided leadership development for over 80 team members in 2022.During my time at EverQuote, I rebranded and served as the main host for the company Virtual Town Halls, managed company SWAG (apparel) vendor, co-created an internal company podcast called "GOAT CAST", led onsite planning meetings in Boston, MA, Austin, TX and San Antonio, Texas and Evansville, Indiana and finally served as co-host for Open Enrollment Kick off and End of Season Celebrations.

Eversurance started as Crosspointe Insurance Advisors in Evansville, Indiana in 2008. After my stint with Anthem BCBS, Josh Mushlock and I co-founded Crosspointe at the age of 24 and 25. Crosspointe developed a team of people to help Individual Health Insurance and Medicare shoppers choose and enroll in the right coverage nationwide. Our secret sauce was hiring people with a passion to help others and teaching them insurance.Over the years - we developed strong relationships with the nation's top health insurance carriers which provided us a lot of opportunity to serve people across the country. At the time of acquisition in September 2020, Crosspointe had about 70 team members mostly in Evansville, Indiana. In 2021 - we onboarded over 170 people to the original Crosspointe infrastructure and completed integration of a P&C Agency in Austin, TX. By the end of 2022, our team had grown to over 350 including Licensed Agents in Health, Medicare, P&C, Warm Transfer Operations, Engineering, Sales Operations, Training and Development and more.In the full calendar year 2022 - we generated over $51MM of revenue and served over 100,000 consumers in that same year.
