I am a winner who is always looking to improve.In one year I turned a 47 million dollar portfolio into a 55 million dollar portfolio, revamped our standard operating procedures, and guided my coworkers on the inner mechanisms of a new system.My motto is work smarter and work harder. If there is a way to be more efficient, I'll find it. So many processes used today are bulky and unnecessary.
