Drew Sikula is a Senior Vice President with The BSC Group, a leading commercial real estate financing advisor based in Chicago, where he is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing operations, and building scalable infrastructure. In addition to serving the company's long-standing client base in Self Storage, Drew leads the company's Outdoor Hospitality vertical.Previously, Drew created and led Negotiation Matters Inc., an expense reduction consulting firm. This followed a decade in corporate finance and operations leadership positions, including having served in CFO, VP, GM, Director, and Controller roles for private and public corporations. Drew started his career at Ernst & Young where he served clients for twelve years and co-founded EY’s Contract Risk Services practice, working with companies across the size spectrum including Fortune 50s through start-ups. Born and raised in Chicagoland, Drew graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. Drew is passionate about children's education and was elected to serve a four year term on Maercker District 60's Board of Education in April 2021. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, playing golf, and spending time with his seven siblings.
