My role as Corporate National Director of Operations for SpeedPro Imaging Franchise System included overseeing all Business, Production and Technology Support & Training along with the Sales & Marketing Support & Training for all of the 150 plus Large Format Graphic Studios. Protecting the brand name and ensuring all systems were following the guidelines, agreements and conducting business in a professional manner was also something that I oversaw. Consistently evolved the way we do business to improve the clients interaction and assure a positive, successful experience and partnership. Secured the development of a new website concept to give the brand better exposure and ease of use for the franchises and their clients. Created many new brand marketing materials for the franchises to use when talking with new and existing clients and out selling in the field. Strategically worked with the Area Regional Developers that worked with their local SpeedPro Imaging franchises on a daily basis to plan success for that SpeedPro Imaging studio. I would work directly with the local franchise owner's to take a deeper dive into their business to develop and implement new strategies moving forward. Implementing strategic objectives / Developing an operations strategy /Designing products, services and processes / Planning and controlling / Improving operations / Franchise disclosure documents.

Operating as the Vice President gave me the opportunity to hone all of my skills to ensure the success and outcome of our business. Transforming SpeedPro Imaging from a newer startup company to a thriving successful large format business was a major accomplishment for myself and the team involved. Leadership / Management / Sales / Training / Support / Service / Team. This was the focus & direction for myself and the professionals who worked along side me. Getting the sales professionals and service professionals working together was key, so everyone could strive for growth in existing and new businesses. Providing continuous new training for the sales team / service team was essential in the growth of our business not only for the company, but the over all success of the sales professionals / service professionals. Crossing the boundaries of sales and service together was another great stride, since with out one the other would not exist. Learning and understanding how the can all work together for the greater good of the customer and the company lead to great success. Offering new skills, structure and tools to them was very exciting and then to see it all come together was the best reward. Making sure everyone had the right qualities was a part of the major success I had as a Branch Manager. "Team Fit, Can Do, Will Do." I had provided our current clients and future clients with a vast knowledge of the industry and worked with them in a way that I feel that they had been missing out on. Teaching the Team on how to Consult & Collaborate with clients to gain a better understanding of how they are doing business. Which in return they could offer the best solutions that were not only needed now, but in the future as well. In doing this I was able to have the sales team separate themselves from the competition. In doing this we were able to bring in some of the largest clients for both sales and services that this branch had ever experienced before.
