Classroom Technology Team, supporting all aspects of technology in classrooms and other spaces across ECU, primary A/V systems. I do Crestron programming, as well as system design and install, as well as routine maintenance and troubleshooting systems.

Started out doing front-line support, assisting clients with using classroom technology. Also did routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Eventually taught myself Crestron control system programming, and my role shifted to programming, design, and install.
