Riskalyze is a rapidly growing tech company that is revolutionizing the financial sector. Riskalyze empowers financial advisors to quantify their customer's risk and give them a tool to help fight human nature in the financial decision making process. I help the team fight bugs and implement new features in our main product as well as get loaned out to other teams when needed.- Self-started and led the development of a workflow step generator that enables fast creation of a linear step by step processes. This was valuable to provide enterprise customers with the customization they needed in a timely fashion.- Built internal tools using Backbone/React to test React with our environment- A part of a team that developed several features that required using a Flex-like implementation of Backbone/Marionette.js, a PHP API RESTful endpoint, and automatically generating emails. Maintained milestones throughout the project and kept other engineers engaged.- Used PHP, node.js and Backbone/Marionette.js to integrate syncing accounts with a third party API. This feature increases the value of our core product for our customers by automating a process that was very manual in the past. I have also helmed several other features and primarily worked on the UI and UX portions of these new features with the rest of the team.

A part from writing bits of Java code, a tool for curating statistics on the Specify users, and numerous MySQL queries, I have also converted databases from MS SQL Server to MySQL and given a large amount technical support, over the phone, by email, and face to face.
