- Managed implementation of Interactive Learning System project aiming to create secure, private, and high-quality streaming education platform by utilizing Agile methodology with Jira software.- Make recommendations to management about reporting efficiencies, schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.- Envisioned dashboard tools to track payments, reviews, recordings, and re-watch features. - Coordinate the deployment, operations, and deployment of software while ensuring alignment with business priorities. - Hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing impediments to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.- Developing and maintaining a solid partnership with key project and business stakeholders and work collaboratively towards a common goal.- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution.- Implement guidelines and quality standards for projects to deliver financial expectations and project objectives.

- Implemented agile methodologies using a Scrum framework throughout the middle and high school departments o Iterative and incremental development is achieved across 15 teachers and counselors. o Stand up meetings which are equivalent to daily scrum meetings are organized. - Lead the department towards a unified vision for the improvement of student’s SAT/PSAT scores and the IAR for Middle School. o Select, use, and interpret evaluation data. o Defined success metric, prepared dashboards and presented the results to executive teams o Servant leadership is exercised to eliminate obstacles and to increase SAT participation SAT Saturday Program. - Leading and developing the Department in the articulation and pursuit of the goals of the department. o Arrange, prepare, and present relevant PDs for the department as needed. o Recommend and/or provide in-service training programs for his/her department when needed. Attend or facilitate those programs as the leader of the department. o Assist new teachers in methodology, technique, materials, or any other function needed to enhance the new teacher’s ability to be successful. o Coordinate the academic affairs of the department to establish an outstanding educational program with the Assistant Principals.

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey ( equivalent to NSF in USA).- Supported development of framework and evaluation method of a national science program including 1000 projects.- Worked as a program liaison with all the stakeholders to monitor and properly issue and distribute/publish program material to outside agencies.- Coordinated with yearly panels and quarterly workshops with advisors.- Manage multiple projects and process improvement initiatives.- Follow a disciplined approach to project management including maintaining project schedules and deadlines, documenting, Budget Management, Project Artifacts, managing stakeholder needs, etc.- Facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders.- Track project commitments and ensure timely preparation of responses.
