In addition, a new software is also being developed that replicates the current software used by ANEEL (the current methodology applied by ANEEL is the nodal pricing methodology).This project is financed by the Brazilian Association of Electric Energy Transmission Companies (ABRATE) and the Brazilian Energy Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) and is being developed by a consortium of four companies: Daimon Engenharia e Sistemas, MRTS Consultoria, Centro de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento em Telecomunicações (CPQD) and Insituto Atlântico de Ciência e Tecnologia.
