(2013-2016)Led engineering and product management for the internal recruiting products that we use to maximize recruiter effectiveness. (2017-2018)Active in fostering leader and manager development. Developed several different classes - from a 2 day offsite to 1 hour talks - on growing leadership and manager skills.Particularly passionate about coaching women as they develop their leadership skills.
