Aware Community Project Manager
• Utilize leadership skills to supervise the Mental Wellness Counselor and Mental Wellness Technician in the coordination and implementation of classroom enrichment activities focusing on social-emotional learning. • Assists staff in developing educational and prevention communications and materials to advance safety and health practices among Tribal Members, identify and address mental health issues, enhance the school environment, raise parental and familial awareness of mental health, and increase the availability of mental health and behavioral services and supports for school-aged children.• Track project progress with clear and concise status reports and time management reports; proactively identify potential difficulties and track project members' progress against commitments.• Supervise, coach, and empower the team while maintaining clarity about the relationship between quantifiable outcomes, plans, and work done.
