Dr. Gargano is a nationally recognized speaker for treatment of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He has over 30 years of experience in providing medical education seminars across the U.S. and internationally. This experience has provided him a unique perspective on the delivery of the behavioral, competency and psychomotor aspects of training. This served as the inspiration for the many companies and products that Dr. Gargano has developed.As the Owner and President of the Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) Institute Dr. Gargano, in collaboration with Dr. Yun Tao Ma, developed an innovative system of Dry Needling treatment. IDN provides Dry Needling instruction to medical professionals on prevention, pain management, and performance enhancement techniques to help patients and clients achieve their maximum potential. Dr. Gargano is a member of the Mulligan Concept Teachers Association (MCTA) and former member of the international executive board member. He has instructed hundreds of Mulligan Concept (MWM) courses nationally and internationally and continues to promote the concept.Dr. Gargano’s Physical Therapy practice provided ergonomic and industrial consulting, which provided him experience in working with many large employers. It was quickly apparent that despite being in different industries, most employers had the same difficulties in finding qualified workers and retaining them. This common “pain” in industry lead Dr. Gargano and his partner to develop the web-based software company WorkerFIT, LLC. The WorkerFIT software platform quantitatively assesses the physical requirements of a job and matches that to the physical abilities of a potential employee. All of his experience and passion has culminated into his role as Co-Founder and President of Future Plans, an Ed-Tech company that uses a combination of online and in-person assessment and training tools that help individuals realize their potential and achieve their career goals. It is Dr. Gargano’s vision to use the Future Plans platform to close the talent gap between what students understand, what employers require and what educational institutions produce.
