A proven and effective critical care practitioner, educator, administrator, and healthcare change agent with 15 years of experience combining the transformational leadership style with cross-industry partner relationships, team members, healthcare organizations, and not-for-profit businesses dedicated to improving the lives of patients and their families every day while promoting healthy work environments and dynamic workplaces. I am courageously passionate about providing the safest acute and critical care to my patients by utilizing Evidence-Based Practice. Through certification and involvement in local, state, and national professional accredited organizations, I stand in the gap with other dedicated colleagues to bring about a culture of nursing excellence, and a climate of radical change.
