Through my strengths in teaching, research, technology, and administration, I’ve had the privilege of empowering others to reach their educational and professional aspirations, while guiding teams and departments to achieve the vision and mission of higher education institutions. I’ve also held leadership positions within community organizations, gaining valuable insights as a president, secretary, and parliamentarian.These experiences have enriched my expertise across diverse areas: from teaching and public speaking to conducting research and guiding publications; from supervising and team building to leading restructuring initiatives and aligning job duties; from managing budgets and overseeing building renovations to strategic planning, SACSCOC accreditation, and assessment for institutional effectiveness. I am equally passionate about mentoring and advising student organizations and providing skincare products tailored to individual needs.My vision is to bring these skills and experiences to bear in supporting others on their personal and professional journeys, helping them navigate the paths to their own success.
