For 25 years, I have been the head professor of the postgraduate program in Traumatology and Orthopedics at UABJO.In 2009, I had the opportunity to publish my book "Orthopedic Traumatology: Basic Concepts," edited by UABJO. This book covers topics related to traumatic pathology of the musculoskeletal system. It served as the foundation for the updated publication in 2019 titled "Traumatology and Orthopedics: Basic Topics for Medical Students."In 2021, I was honored to receive the "FEMECOT Excellence in Orthopedics Prize" awarded by the Mexican Federation of Orthopedics and Traumatology Colleges (FEMECOT).
