Dr. Bennett is regarded as a one of New York City’s premier sinus surgery and rhinoplasty specialists, specializing in deviated septum surgery. He practices exclusively on the cosmetic and functional nose. Dr. Bennett has numerous publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and presents at regional and national conferences. He performs surgery at the Lenox Hill Hospital, the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, the Center for Specialty Care, and the Midtown Surgery Center.Dr. Bennett graduated from residency after serving as chief resident at the New York University School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology in New York City. He received training in sinus and nasal surgery at the New York University Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Bennett completed specialized surgical training in nasal surgery, deviated nasal septum repair, rhinoplasty (nasal reshaping surgery), functional nasal surgery, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), nasal polyp surgery, reconstruction of the nasal valves, and surgery for the treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis. He completed a fellowship and additional rhinoplasty training at the Rousso Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He was selected by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for a fellowship in facial plastic surgery. His internship was performed at the New York University School of Medicine General Surgery Department in New York City. His medical doctorate was awarded by the Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York.
